In Instagram itself, you certainly can not find these videos, it's a glitch, and for a long time already.

There are only two ways to download a video to your phone and find it:

- If Instagram is tied to Facebook, you need to go to Facebook and find there service creator studio: your videos from the stories could stay in it
- Or write to technical support (chat) and ask them for a link to download all the data, but do not know that one of these ways will definitely work
