consume 1,5-2 grams of protein per 1 kg of your body weight, keep calorie balance (eat as much as you need). If possible, include home training (push-ups, squats, boat) and do everything until you get tired. Minimize stress and get enough sleep.
Muscles usually start to "burn" 4 weeks after a break, 2-3 weeks of rest will only do you good)
