Experimental activities as a condition for the cognitive development of preschool children?
Answer from: Angelika Plotnikova:
Experimentation is the basis of any child's development, it is something they do all the time. Try new foods, see what happens if you pour water out of the window, if you push a bead into your nose, if you pull the tail of a cat, if you mix black paint with white paint, if you sweeten the soup and then salt it. The task of the adult is to be nearby and guide the activity, limiting it only in order to make it safe for the child and the environment, but not to frighten, not to discourage interest in cognition, development.
