My English teacher commented on my story and said the following: "very beautiful Vietnamese". What does it mean?

Your teacher wanted to hint that you need to work on your pronunciation. As you know, although Vietnamese can speak good English, it is not their native language and is very different from Vietnamese, both in grammar and pronunciation.
Vietnamese is a tonal language, which tends to carry over into English as well. Vietnamese English tends to be very broken, with short, jerky staccato syllables, and some sounds are mispronounced.

Most likely - it was sarcasm from your teacher, which indicates his unprofessionalism.
There are probably grammatical errors in your story, I recommend you to study with a tutor.

Ask the questions that interest you, even if they seem silly, childish, strange, funny, embarrassing, uncomfortable, or abstruse.
